  • 2 lb fresh crabmeat
  • 4 stick butter
  • 2 large onions
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup celery (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 c parsley flakes
  • creole seasoning (to taste)

Melt butter in a saucepan and Sauté onions in butter for about 5 minutes.

Add crab meat and cook for another 5 minutes.

Step 3

Add parsley, celery, bell peppers, and seasonings. Then cook for another 5 minutes on medium heat.

Step 4

Then add the eggs and breadcrumbs, and cook for one minute. Then remove it from the heat.

Fill crab shells with mixture and sprinkle with remaining bread crumbs. In a 350°F oven, bake for 30 minutes, or deep fry until golden brown. Enjoy!
