  • 3 lb Yukon Gold Potatoes
  • 3 tablespoon Pompeian Olive Oil
  • 6 medium White Onions (Sliced)
  • 3 tablespoon Garlic (Chopped)
  • Salt (To Taste)
  • White Pepper (To Taste)
  • ¾ cup Unsalted Butter
  • 2 tablespoon Parsley (Chopped)

Step 1

The first step is to peel and wash the three pounds of potatoes. Cut the potatoes about 1/2 inch thick and place them in a glass bowl.

Step 2
