Ingredients To Make Red Lobster Pizza

  • 1 (10 inch) flour tortillas 
  • 1 ounce Land O Lakes roasted garlic butter with oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 4 ounces drained roma tomatoes (diced)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil (cut in 1/8-inch julienne strips)
  • 2 ounces lobster meat (cut in 1/2-inch – 3/4-inch chunks)
  • 1⁄2 cup Italian cheese blend (shredded)

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 450°F. The topside of each tortilla should be lightly brushed with garlic butter.

Step 2

Over the garlic butter, sprinkle two tablespoons of Parmesan cheese. Pour the diced tomatoes over the Parmesan cheese after draining them.

Step 3

Wash the basil and shake off excess water before julienne. Stack the leaves on top of one another after picking them off. Make 1/8″ strips using a chef’s knife. Do not chop. Sprinkle evenly over the diced tomatoes.
