  • 3/4 cup warm water (110 to 115°F)
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil (minced) 
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese (grated)

  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (to taste)
  • 2 3/4 cups bread flour
