  • 2 – 3 pounds boneless Chicken Breasts (marinaded, grilled or roasted and shredded)
  • 6 (6-inch size) Flour Tortillas 
  • 2 cups Pepper Jack Cheese (shredded)
  • Vegetable Oil (for cooking)

For The Firecracker Marinade

  • 1/2 cup Louisiana Hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

For The Firecracker Sauce

  • 1 cup Louisiana Hot Sauce
  • 5 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground Cayenne Pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons Water

  • 1 Avocado
  • Freshly Squeezed Juice of 3 – 4 Limes

Step By Step Instructions To Make Longhorn Firecracker Chicken Wraps

For The Firecracker Marinade

Step 1

In a small bowl, mix the marinade ingredients together, stirring until the salt dissolves.
