  • 3 Eggs

  • 4 ounces Hershey Chocolate Bars (chopped and melted)

For The Chocolate Cake

  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 1 3/4 cups All Purpose Flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda
  • 3/4 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup boiling Water

For The Chocolate Frosting

  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 2/3 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/3 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 cups Milk Chocolate Chips

Step By Step Instructions To Make Cheesecake Factory Hershey’s Chocolate Bar Cheesecake

For The Cheesecake Layer

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a 10-inch round baking pan with aluminum foil, extending foil edges over sides. Spray non-stick cooking spray on foil. Place aside.

Step 2

Add cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract to a large bowl. Using an electric mixer, beat until creamy and smooth.

Step 3

Whisk eggs in a separate bowl. Add to the cream cheese mixture. Just blend until eggs are incorporated. Then stir in the sour cream and chocolate. Place batter in the prepared pan.

Step 4

Place in the preheated oven and Bake for 45 minutes, or until the top just begins to turn golden. Remove cheesecake from the oven and allow it to cool completely on a wire rack. Cover and chill for 4 hours.

For The Chocolate Cake

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Prepare two 10-inch round baking pans by greasing and flouring them. Place aside.

Step 2

Combine sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl. Add the eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla. Mix on medium speed for 2 minutes. Add boiling water and stir well.

Step 3

Prepare pans by pouring batter into them. Place in a preheated oven and bake for about 30 to 35 minutes, or until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let it cool for 10 minutes.

Step 4

Remove from pans and place on wire racks. Allow to cool completely.

For The Chocolate Frosting

Step 1

Pour batter in a small saucepan. Melt butter over medium low heat. Stir in cocoa.

Step 2

Add powdered sugar and milk slowly, alternately, beating until spreading consistency is reached. If necessary, add a small amount of additional milk. Add vanilla extract.

Assemble The Cheesecake

Step 1

Spread 1/4 of the frosting over one chocolate cake. Remove cheesecake from the pan using foil edges as handles. Remove the foil.

Step 2

Over the frosted cake, layer the cheesecake carefully. Place the cheesecake in the freezer for 20 – 30 minutes if it becomes hard to work with.

Step 3

On top of the cheesecake layer, spread 1/4 more chocolate frosting. Top with a second chocolate cake.

Step 4
